
Return Policy – Toys
At Butler Enterprise, all toy sales are final.
We specialize in pallet-sourced toys, which may include shelf pulls, overstock, and customer returns. As a result, packaging may show wear, damage, stickers, or imperfections. This includes crushed boxes, torn packaging, or retail markings.
Box and packaging condition is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or refund.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including:
Buyer’s remorse
Packaging or box damage
Minor cosmetic imperfections
If a toy arrives physically broken, missing major pieces, or unusable, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund if approved.
We are not responsible for:
Manufacturer defects in sealed items
Normal wear to packaging
Shipping delays caused by the carrier
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
